Macworld Conference & Expo

Case Study :: On-Site Signage

Challenge
For much of the early 2000s, Macworld Conference & Expo was the largest venue for Mac enthusiasts, with Apple being its largest sponsor. Attracting 60,000+ attendees as well as exhibitors year after year required a strategic and comprehensive outreach campaign.

Results
Over the course of four years, Communication via Design created, produced, and delivered all direct mail, event websites, brochures, advertising and additional branded materials for seven separate Macworld events in San Francisco and New York. Attendance increased with each consecutive show. Also, over time, Communication via Design reduced the conference’s spending on signage reproduction by approximately $250,000.
